Order Up!
Instructions:
Roll 3 dice to get 3 different numbers. Make 6 3-digit numbers and write them down on the chart.
Write them down in order from least to greatest.
Variations:
1. Use 4 dice to make 6 4-digit numbers.
2. Write numbers down from greatest to least

Roll and Draw
Instructions:
Roll 3 dice. Place each number in a box to make a 3-digit number.
Fill in the rest of the chart for that number.
1. Draw it in 'Base 10'
2. Write it in expanded form
3. Add 100
Strategies:
Expanded Form:
145 = 100 +40 + 5
862 = 800 + 60 + 2

Place or Reject
Instructions:
Roll 1 die. Each person places that number in one box on the board - either under 1's, 10's, 100's or reject.
Continue to roll until the entire board has been filled.
The person with the largest number at the end wins!

Play with the Thousands board to work with 4-digit numbers.
